This is the best place to take your animals!! The staff is friendly and were there with us until the end. Si was a blessing to our family and they made his passing the most peaceful way. My family and I are very thankful for the doctor and staff!! We appreciated the tears and laughter and making our experience of such a great loss the most wonderful, peaceful experience. Nola, our 8wk Golden Retriever, was seen for her first appointment today and was given premier care. The staff was friendly, thorough and welcoming – they seemed to be genuinely happy to have our Nola. The Dr. was attentive and answered all my questions in addition to leaving room for discussion of Nola’s future. We are happy to be new clients of Animal Medical Center of Tyler.
Have been using AMC for a couple of years now and am very pleased with my experience! They are always very thorough with my puppy checks and very helpful when I have questions or concerns. Highly recommend!
It was a wonderful experience. I was worried about how my dog would act but she was great. They even took her to the back and she did wonderfully without us. Highly recommend
I love how clean it is! I love how it doesn’t smell like a typical vet office! It smells so clean and nice!! I am just super impressed with their office!! The staff is so nice and always goes the extra mile to help. I am so glad my vet Dr. Joy Neely has joined their amazing team! 🐶💖👍🏻
I was very impressed with the staff and the Dr. Everyone was super nice and caring. I don’t know the vets name, I will get it next time lol! She was very smart and helpful. I’m very happy with the treatment plan she has laid out for him.
Emily the the groomer at AMC Tyler always does a wonderful job on my woolly huskies. However this time, she went above and beyond for my baby who had some matting and my request for her not to be shaved. She showed that she is a trustworthy groomer and I am grateful for that! Highly recommended!
I have had amazing service from the ladies I have seen here. They are so sweet and quick about everything. My dogs have had amazing care including one surgery which went really well. I am looking forward to our future care here
