Pet Grooming & Bathing: Keeping Your Pet Clean, Comfortable, and Healthy
Regular grooming isn’t just about looking good—it’s a key part of keeping your pet healthy, happy, and feeling their best. Our professional grooming and bathing services are tailored to your pet’s breed, coat type, and skin condition, all in a calm, safe environment supervised by experienced staff.
What Services Do We Offer?
Our grooming and bathing options include:
Full-service baths with pet-safe shampoos
Haircuts and breed-specific trims
Brush-outs and de-shedding treatments
Nail trims and ear cleaning
Anal gland expression (upon request)
Medicated baths for skin conditions
Sedation Grooming Services
We offer sedation grooming services for pets who are anxious or have difficulty with grooming. This service is provided at the discretion of our veterinarians and requires an annual physical examination. Sedation grooming is a safe option for pets who may not tolerate traditional grooming methods, ensuring they receive the care they need without stress or discomfort.
Requirements for Sedation Grooming:
Cats: Current rabies and FVRCP vaccines.
Dogs: Current rabies, distemper parvo, and Bordetella vaccines.
What is our grooming experience?
Jessica Cox is a dedicated groomer with 12 years of experience, passionate about helping pets look and feel their best and continuing to expand her skills, including future interest in canine massage. Jenna Brown brings around 9 years of grooming experience, beginning her career in Shreveport in 2016 before relocating to Tyler in 2019, where she continues to provide quality grooming care.
We work with dogs and cats of all coat types, sizes, and personalities—and we always take extra care with nervous or senior pets.
Why Is Grooming Important?
Routine grooming helps:
Prevent matting and skin irritation
Control shedding and reduce allergens in your home
Spot early signs of skin issues, parasites, or lumps
Improve hygiene and odor control
Keep nails trimmed to support healthy posture and mobility
Even indoor pets benefit from regular grooming for both physical health and emotional well-being.
What to Expect
Your pet’s grooming appointment begins with a consultation to understand their needs, skin sensitivities, and any special requests. Throughout the process, we prioritize:
Gentle, low-stress handling
Clean and sanitized grooming areas
Experienced staff trained in animal behavior and comfort
We also offer add-ons like flea/tick baths, specialty shampoos, or de-matting—just ask!
When Should You Schedule Grooming?
Frequency depends on your pet’s breed and coat type. For most pets:
Short-haired dogs: every 6–8 weeks
Long-haired or curly-coated dogs: every 4–6 weeks
Cats: as needed, especially long-haired breeds
